OUMC AfterSchool has an opening for a student in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Tuition is $190 per month; transportation is provided for Seawell and Estes Hills Elementary students; AfterSchool hours of operation are 2:30pm - 6pm on schooldays. Please contact Robyn Hiltner at 919-942-2825 x33.
Mark your calendars for God's Big Backyard! The week il focus on teaching our kids about service to friends, family, neighbors, community, and Jesus. Please contact Meg Alverson to volunteer.
Church Day Camp follows a small group format, meaning that all of the campers from your church will stay together for all activities during the week. Chestnut Ridge provides excellent staff, daily worship, lunch, snacks, and a variety of camp activities including arts and crafts, hikes, games, canoeing, and daily swimming. Transportation is provided from Orange 8:30am to 4:30pm. Cost is $155. Pick up an applicaiton from the Children's Ministry office!
We'll need many volunteers to help with the one-day camp for about 25 inmates from Orange Correctional Center and their children. For more information or to volunteer contact the Vanderburgs at jvtarheel@mindspring.com
